Welcome to 3C Elite Detailing LLC (“3C Elite Detailing,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional automotive services including:

Auto Detailing
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Paint Correction
Revivify Ceramic Coatings

All services are performed with the highest standards of care, using premium products and techniques.

2. Appointments & Deposits

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for all ceramic coating services.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Missed Appointments: Missed or no-show appointments may result in additional fees before future bookings are accepted.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square.
Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Square.

4. Warranties & Aftercare

Certain services include a Revivify Transparency Warranty:
- 1–3 year exterior coverage
- 3–5 year exterior coverage (depending on product selected)
Warranty validity depends on proper customer aftercare and adherence to provided maintenance instructions.
Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may void the warranty.

5. Liability Limitations

3C Elite Detailing LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear on vehicles.
Results that vary due to vehicle age, paint condition, aftermarket parts, or prior repair work.
Environmental factors such as weather, sun exposure, or contaminants after service.
Damage or reduced performance caused by a customer’s failure to follow recommended aftercare.

We take photographs before, during, and after services for documentation and quality assurance.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

Empty your vehicle of personal belongings prior to service.
Disclose known issues with your vehicle (e.g., aftermarket paint, prior damage, mechanical/electrical issues).
Follow all aftercare instructions provided for coatings, PPF, and detailing services.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Unsafe, excessively dirty, or hazardous vehicles.
Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate customer behavior.
Requests outside of our professional scope.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, photos, logos, and branding) is the property of 3C Elite Detailing LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas. Customers agree to attempt informal resolution with us before pursuing legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
